About the Project

Aligned with QuadReal’s core values, we are realizing our vision of creating a thriving, vibrant community hub through the reimagination of the Bayview Village master plan. With renovations of the existing shopping centre already in progress and construction of the north development underway, this new urban village will feature luxury residences, experiential shopping areas, welcoming pedestrian avenues, green spaces and public gathering areas.

As the owner, developer, and long-term property manager of Bayview Village, our relationship with the community is important to us.
