The construction of the Bayview Village north development will take approximatley 4 years.
The reimagination of the Bayview Village master plan will include:
- Premium residential suites, some with direct access to the shopping centre
- Fully renovated shopping centre with 110+ high-end retailers and restaurants
- Brand new open-air retail promenade with introduction of new shops and eateries
- Ample park, green and public spaces proposed
- Public art and four-season lifestyle programming
- Approved direct access to TTC subway onsite

All construction activities will strictly comply with the City of Toronto’s noise bylaw requirements. In the event of any schedule variations due to unforeseen conditions, we will ensure timely updates are provided to keep everyone informed.

We are committed to ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and customers throughout construction. Both the shopping centre and professional offices will reamin fully operational. The Bayview Village Professional Offices can be accessed through the mall.
With construction impacting the north lot, there is ample parking in the south lot which is accessible off of Sheppard Avenue, Hawksbury Drive and Bayview Mews (west of Loblaws).
